Meet our Pastoral Elders

Joy Fellowship church is led by a team of five Pastoral Elders called to shepherd the local body. Each of the men have God given gifts and focus on specific areas of ministry listed in the descriptions below. The established plurality of Pastoral Elders provides strength through perspective, wisdom and accountability. Through the teaching of God's Word and prayer, they lead and shepherd the church together.
John Reaves
John Reaves

John has been married to his wife Jennifer for 31 years, and they have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.  John is on staff at Joy Fellowship and his ministry focus is leading our Men’s group, personal and family counseling and managing the daily care and needs of our Joy family.

Justin Witcher
Justin Witcher

Justin has been married 14 years to his wife Faith and together they have four young daughters.  Justin is on staff at Joy Fellowship and his ministry focus is with Awana, middle and high school youth, and the college & career age.  He also leads the Joy music ministry.

Rick Watkins
Rick Watkins

Rick and Gina have been married for 26 years, they have 6 children and 3 grandchildren.  Rick’s ministry focus is overseeing Sunday services to include Ushers, Nursery and Sunday School.  Rick also manages facility maintenance and directs the Joy Deacon team.

Fred Jordan
Fred Jordan

Fred is one of the founding members of Joy Fellowship church.  He has been married to his wife Margie for 54 years. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.  His ministry focus is overseeing Life Groups and study materials used for Joy Life Groups and sermon series.  His passion is studying and teaching God’s Word.

Randy Harsch

Randy and his wife Bobbi-Shawn have been married for 31 years and have three children.  Randy’s ministry focus is overseeing the Prayer Ministry, our missionary support and the administration of the church.
